Amla Saar : 20 ml twice daily.
Ashwagnahda: 2 capsules twice daily.
Bramhi : 2 capsules thrice daily.
Guggul : 2 capsules twice daily.
- A glass of fresh orange juice with 1 tea. spoon lime juice and a pinch of cumin powder can help with both alcohol ana drug-induced hangover.

If you cannot locate tikta, you may substitute aloe vera, myrrh, or sudharshan.
